Another Horrible Case: Worker Injury at Billionaire-Owned Modus Construction Company

Mr. Davit, a worker at the billionaire-owned Modus construction company, lost his right hand while working. The company removed the man and his hand separately, and the images of his severed hand are so disturbing that no platform will allow us to share them.

This man has become a permanent 3rd-group invalid as a result of this workplace injury.

In August 2023, a court case is scheduled where we are demanding a compensation of 1 million GEL from Modus and also monthly payments for the former employee.

In 2022, we successfully concluded similar cases against multi-billion-dollar companies like Heidelberg Cement and Rustavi Azot, where workers we represented received up to half a million GEL in compensation (paid in stages).

Recently, we also won a case against TBC Bank, a billion-dollar company, where instead of evicting the bank's clients, they were ordered to pay compensation of 50,000 GEL.

Now, Modus is the 4th billionaire company against which we’ve filed a lawsuit today.

In the past 2 years, we’ve defeated three billionaire companies in court, and this is the 4th one.
