A worker from a construction company was severely injured while performing his duties. Despite the serious injury, he was denied compensation for five months.

On March 30, 2023, the worker contacted lawyer Lasha Janibegashvili, who accepted the case with the agreement that the lawyer's fee would be 50% of the compensation received, with no upfront payment required.

As a result of the lawyer’s intervention, an investigation was launched, followed by relevant legal actions. Only after this did the construction company show any willingness to negotiate and address the worker's situation.

The worker and his associates had previously attempted to deceive the lawyer for personal gain. After the intervention, the worker was granted compensation of up to 170,000 Lari, along with a monthly support payment of up to 2,000 Lari.

This remarkable result was achieved with just one day of involvement by Lasha Janibegashvili.

Such an outcome has never occurred in any movie—within just one day, the lawyer successfully negotiated a massive compensation for the worker and ensured that the company took responsibility for the damages.

Despite the lawyer’s efforts, the client attempted to take advantage of his trust and deceive him. The lawyer had risked his life and reputation to achieve a swift resolution to the case, yet the client did not even express gratitude or pay him for his work.

The incident has been reported to the investigative authorities.
