On Monday, when the bank was about to auction a property worth 3 million, it was a business loan for 3 families. Thanks to the timely involvement of Lasha Janibegashvili, the properties were not auctioned.

These properties included apartments in Tbilisi, a private house in Batumi, and 2 restaurants.

The bank was planning to auction the real estate on Monday.

Strategy: On Saturday, we sent documents and statements to the bank, and on Monday, it was confirmed that the bank did not auction the properties.

Settlement with the Bank: After 5 days, the bank called us and offered settlement terms. When I asked why the properties were not auctioned, the operator replied, “Mr. Lasha, your factor played a role. We did not put the properties up for auction.” That’s what the bank’s operators told me.

Strategic Action: The settlement had to be finalized in court since the bank had filed a lawsuit. As a result of difficult procedural actions, the dispute has been ongoing for almost 2 years, but the timely involvement of a lawyer is always effective.

Other matters: I am currently working on several other cases that required my intervention as a lawyer. For example, in a case with TBC Bank, where property worth over $1 million was at risk.

Positive outcome: None of the clients under our protection have ever faced eviction or completed a sentence in prison. One of the most notable cases was when my client, who was on the verge of eviction in court, was helped through direct negotiations with the lender. As a result of the negotiations, no further legal proceedings were required.
